JOB TITLE: Timesheet Clerk

JOB LOCATION: Wallington

RESPONSIBLE TO: Administration Manager

A Timesheet Clerk is required to join a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric property maintenance company. This is a great opportunity for a Timesheet Clerk to be based in the London Bridge office.

PURPOSE:
To support a commercial property and real estate contract by processing the engineer’s timesheets. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with a logical and organised approach to tasks to meet deadlines.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure engineers timesheets are processed correctly within correct time frames.
• Responding to payroll queries in a timely manner
• Completing the absence returns on a weekly basis.
• Organisation and upkeep of filing systems
• Any other admin duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL
• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

DESIRABLE
• Previous experience with processing timesheets

PERSONAL APTITUDES AND SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet challenging deadlines

SALARY RANGE: Dependant on capabilities and experience
